Our Workshop

Our workplace covers an area of 1200×800 square feet, designed specifically for efficient furniture production. The space is divided into separate sections for polishing, cushioning, carpentry, and carving work. We manufacture high-quality teakwood (sagwan) furniture using top-grade materials. In addition to luxury furniture, we also create custom pieces and handle bulk orders. We serve clients across various cities including Chennai, Mumbai, Kerala, Bangalore, Goa, Pune, and Hyderabad, and offer home delivery through road transport.

Manufacturing Process

We start with rough-sized wood, which is cut to precision. For joining and strengthening, we use high-quality adhesives such as Fevicol Marine, Fevicol SH, and Fevicol Hyder. Polishing is done as per the client’s preferences, with available finishes like teakwood, walnut, rosewood, and natural color. We also offer Duco paint options, with over 500 available shades. Final finishes include both high gloss and matte, using PU gloss for shiny finishes and PU matte for non-reflective ones.

Materials Used

We use seasoned Indian rosewood (sheesham) and teakwood (sagwan) for our furniture. Plywood is also used where required—for example, on bed tops, the back of almirahs, and the back panels of showcases. The thickness of the plywood varies according to need and includes options like 10mm, 12mm, and 18mm. We use top-quality brands such as Century Plywood, Greenply, and Sainik Plywood, including BWP-grade plywood as per customer specifications. All work is done by highly skilled and experienced craftsmen.
