Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support.

Returns: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide unboxing video proof. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after return pickup and quality check.
